Lemon Balm Tincture
Lemon balm (Melissa officinalis) is an incredibly versatile and fragrant herb. Lemon balm can promote a healthy immune response, soothe digestion, support the nervous system and can be balancing in menopause and with PMS. Lemon Balm is also uplifting, calming, and cooling.*
The leaves of Lemon Balm do indeed smell like citrus, and these plants grow tall and lush in the Spring after a more dormant Winter.
