Cold and Flu Support Tincture
This tincture was formulated to help you kick a bug when you first start to get sick, or to reduce your symptoms if it’s already taken hold. Echinacea tincture has long been used to boost the immune system, Red Root is traditionally used to support your lymph system, Yarrow can reduce sinus congestion and Grindelia can help with lung congestion and respiratory support.*
This isn’t a tincture for taking daily or long term because you don’t want to overstimulate your immune system. (The Medicinal Mushroom Tonic or Elderberry Elixir are better as daily preventatives.)
